Professor Hedley Roberts, Director of the Doctoral College and Director of the School of Fine Art, Craft, and Photography at the University for the Creative Arts (UCA) visited Shandong University of Art and Design (SUAD) on 28 March 2004, accompanied by Lin Zijun, director of UCA China office. Wang Xiaojuan, SUAD Party Secretary and Han Wentao, SUAD Vice President met with the delegation.

The two sides had fruitful discussions on such topics as student and faculty exchange and research operation. During their stay, the delegation also visited SUAD museum and AIGC and Landscape Design Student Work Exhibition.
