On May 31, 2026, Shandong University of Art & Design held its 2026 Alumni Reunion Day, themed "Never Forget the Past Twenty Years, Return Home with Art," coinciding with the Fourth Doctoral Forum on Art Studies and the 20th anniversary of the School of Humanities and Arts, SUAD. The event brought together alumni from across the country, renowned scholars in the field of art, and faculty members. The agenda included an opening ceremony featuring a welcome speech by President Dong Zhanjun and an address by alumnus Mao Xiaodong, as well as a book donation ceremony.
